Megan Nary is a Oregon-based public school teacher and writer. After working in the film industry for a brief stint, she moved to Barcelona, Spain. There, she taught English as a second language for 11 years and traveled extensively (she’s up to 30 countries visited.) While learning Spanish and Catalan, Megan became captivated by the science and art of languages. Her passion for spoken word and her vivid imagination were the premise for her debut novel.  After coming back to the states, she got her Masters at University of Portland and now teaches Dual Language immersion at a Title One elementary school.
